4.NBT.1- I can look at a multi-digit number and determine that the digit to the left is 10 times greater than a given digit. For example, recognize that 700 ÷ 70 = 10 by applying concepts of place value and division.
4.NBT.2a & b- I can read and write multi-digit whole numbers using base-ten numerals and number names.
4.NBT.2c- I can read and write multi-digit whole numbers using expanded form. For example, ‘200 + 20 + 5’
4.NBT.2d- I can compare two multi-digit numbers based on meanings of the digits in each place, using >, =, and < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
4.NBT.3- I can use place value understanding to round multi-digit whole numbers to any place.
